Smart Site Studio AI runs this site. This notice covers what the site collects, why we ask and where your details go.

The free website check

The form asks for your website address and your email. Your name is optional.

We use them to run your check and send your result.

To measure how long your page takes to show on a phone, we run its address through Google PageSpeed Insights.

The callback form

The form asks for your name, your phone number and the best time to call.

We use them to call you back.

The booking calendar

When you book a time, Google Calendar asks for your first and last name, your email address, your business name and, if you want, your website. It then sends us the booking.

Who reads your details

Both forms email what you enter to our mailbox, infoteam@smartsitestudioai.com. Our team reads it there.

The site itself keeps no copy of what you send.

How long we keep them

We keep these emails for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.

One follow-up email

After we send your result or call you back, we follow up once by email a few days later to ask if you have questions. We do not add you to a newsletter.

Services we use

Netlify hosts this site.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views on this site, and forms sent the same way: when a form goes through, the address in your browser changes to end in /sent/, which it records as a page view. It does not receive what you type into the form. The site carries no advertising pixels.

Cloudflare Turnstile keeps spam out of our forms.

Google Workspace carries our email.

Google Calendar runs the booking calendar.

Settings in your browser

The site remembers your Motion setting, so motion stays as you left it when you come back. It also notes, for the current visit only, that the logo animation has played. Both stay in your browser.

Our spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile, starts only when you click, tap or tab into one of our forms. It then stores one item of its own in your browser, named cf.turnstile.u.

Google's booking calendar on the Contact page comes with Google's spam check, reCAPTCHA, which runs when you open that page. It stores an item named rc::a in your browser, and in some browsers a second one, rc::c, for the current visit only. Google also sends a cookie named NID, which some browsers block.

Seeing or correcting your details

You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you. Write to our Privacy Officer at infoteam@smartsitestudioai.com.
